How long will it take for my order to be prepared?

We process and ship your order within a period that generally does not exceed 24 hours , from Monday to Friday. All orders placed are carefully prepared and handed over to the carrier as soon as possible.

What are the delivery times depending on the chosen mode of transport?

• Mondial Relay : delivery takes 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.
• Chronopost Relais : delivery within 24 hours for all orders placed before 12 p.m. If the order is placed after this time, the package can be delivered the day after tomorrow .
• Colissimo : delivery takes place within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
